St Angela's College

St Angela's College is located outside the town of Sligo, on the shores on Lough Gill. The college focuses primarily on education and nursing courses. It is a college of the National University of Ireland, Galway since 2006.

St Angela's offers courses in Home Economics teacher training with one of the following options; Economics and Consumer Studies, Gaeilge, Biology and Science, Religious Education. Other courses on offer include Nursing and Health Studies degrees, as well as Access, Adult Education and Professional Development programmes. It's known for its small classes and state of the art resources.
